April 2015 recipient of 100 Women Who Care, London

The McCormick Care Foundation was proud to be the April 2015 recipient of 100 Women Who Care, London for our "Golden Dreams" program. Golden Dreams began December 2013 under the simple premise 'learn the story, know the person.' We have connected with our residents, asking them what they would love to do, learning their rich histories to discover something undone, something left to accomplish or something to revisit again. We have honoured 15 residents to date, 2 of those since winning 100 Women. The sky is the limit for how many Dreams we can give our residents over the next 2-3 years.
